Ultra-Thane 230 is a closed-cell, spray polyurethane roofing foam designed as continuous insulation and weatherproofing system for low slope, pitched, and barrel configured roofs.

Ultra-Thane 230 comes in 2.5 pcf, 2.7 pcf, or 3.0 pcf densities using low GWP HFO technology with best in class R-Value.

As an exterior grade spray foam, Ultra-Thane 230 can be installed as a new roof, recover overlay, or as maintenance & repair solution over commercial, industrial, institutional, cold storage, domes, digesters, and residential roofs.

Ultra-Thane 230 spray foam with appropriate UV protective roof coatings forms a seamless and monolithic barrier against water, air, and moisture vapor.
