Spray Foam Wall

Ultra-Thane Spray Foam Wall products are manufactured in both 2 lb closed cell and 0.5 lb open cell technologies. Our spray foam wall technologies come as HFO, HFC, or water-blown, Class 1 fire rated systems with best-in-class R-value and air sealing performance under Intertek CCRR research reports.

These interior foams insulate studwall cavities, crawlspaces, attics, rim-joist, and cathedral ceilings with AC 377 code compliant air barrier and energy saving performance. Ultra-Thane spray foam wall expands, bonds and seals (gaps & cracks) around traditional framing, structural beams, ductwork, conduit and pipes. Our spray foam wall can be used interior applications in commercial, industrial, and residential properties.

Ultra-Thane closed-cell foam can be sprayed onto the exterior wall panel of commercial buildings forming a uniform layer of continuous insulation and covered with approved cladding material. Ultra- Thane spray foam wall has been tested and approved over several leading industry thermal (NFPA 286) and ignition (Appendix X) barrier coatings.
