General Coatings Warranty process for Materials Only

We use power form in DocuSign to implement your warranty request.

  1. Please select – Material Only
  2. Please select – Type of Roof work done:
    • Recoat – new coating over existing foam roofing.
    • Restoration – coating over membrane, metal or mod bit.
    • Recover / New – Spray foam roof system.
  3. Please select Open Warranty
  4. Please fill out your contact & email. Then select Begin Signing. The form has auto-fill features.
    New users will receive a confirmation code via email — please enter it to continue.
  5. Please select Validate and proceed to power form.
  6. Please fill out relevant contactor & owner & property contact, address, GCMC system used, years of warranty, roof deck, square footage, date of completion.
  7. Please attach important documents such as roof pictures, specification, roof plot, insurance certificate, and inspection reports
  8. Please sign after your review.
  9. The warranty document will be automatically forwarded to warranty staff to review and confirm details.
