Acrylic Coatings
Ultra-Flex acrylic elastomeric coatings are ideal over spray polyurethane foam or as restoration roof system over metal, BUR and singly ply substrates.
Ultra-Flex 1000 series products are water-based, CRRC-compliant, easy-to-apply coatings to provide excellent adhesion, durability, and impact resistant.
UL-fire classifications with Class B over combustible and Class A over non-combustible decks.
Silicone Coatings
Ultra Guard silicone is made in two grades high and low solids. These moisture cure roof coatings are easy to apply and provide excellent adhesion & durability.
Ultra-Guard coatings may be used for low-slope roofs in high-moisture areas. The coatings perform well even in roof areas that are subject to ponding water.
Ultra-Guard silicone coatings can be used over metal, structural concrete, single-ply membranes, and modified roofs as well as installed over spray polyurethane foam.
Polyurea Coatings
Ultra-Tuff aromatic polyurea and polyurethane coatings are designed as base coats providing enhanced durability for insulated wine and CO2 tanks.
A topcoat is required to ensure UV reflectance.
Ultra-Tuff coatings are also effective as a durable hail resistance basecoat for spray foam roofs.
Primers
Ultra-Bond primers can provide many benefits including proper bonding to the primary substrate, asphalt bleed blocking, moisture drive blocking, rust inhibiting, or enhancing solar gain on colder substrates.
Ultra-Bond primer can improve spray foam performance over a wide range of temperatures and roof deck conditions.
Urethane Coatings
Ultra-Shield series of aliphatic top coats are designed for high solar reflectance, toughness and excellent color retention.
Ultra Shield products are applied over Ultra Tuff base coats to provide better durability and fire performance.
Specialty Products
Roof Granules provide toughness, foot traction, weather-resistant protection and enhanced fire performance.
Tietex polyester roof fabric that can be embedded into Ultra-Flex or Ultra-Guard roof coatings.
This non woven fabric will strengthen penetrations, seams and can be installed to fully encapsulate existing roof membranes.
Roof Spray Foam
Ultra-Thane 230 is a closed-cell, spray polyurethane roofing foam designed as continuous insulation and weatherproofing system for low slope, pitched, and barrel configured roofs.
Ultra-Thane 230 comes in 2.5 pcf, 2.7 pcf, or 3.0 pcf densities using low GWP HFO technology with best in class R-Value.
Spray Foam Wall
Ultra-Thane Spray Foam Wall products are manufactured in ~2 lb closed cell.
Our spray foam wall is HFO, Class 1 fire rated systems with best-in-class R-value and air sealing performance under Intertek CCRR research reports.
High Density Spray Foam
Ultra-Thane high density spray are two-component, non fire-rated, waterblown structural polyurethane foams in various 4 lb., 6 lb., and 8 lb. formulas, which can rigidize flat or curved surfaces to enhance its load bearing properties.
Ultra-Thane 400, 600, and 800 are fast curing, closed cell foams which can be processed through standard spray polyurethane foam equipment.
Ultra-Thane High density foams may require substrate primer or abraded surface to achieve good adhesion.
Pour Foam
Ultra-Thane 200 Pour Foam with HFO chemistry is Pour-in-place two-component, closed cell, polyurethane foams specifically designed to fill open voids or insulate articles.
Ultra-Thane Pour Foams can be hand-mixed or machine-installed to dispense slow rising and expanding polymer into cavities of all shapes and sizes with minimal fill points.
Penefil® - Concrete Lifting
Penefil® series injection grade, high-density, polyurethane foam can be used to fill voids, stabilize soft soil, and raise the concrete foundation.
Penefil® comes in several high densities and hydrophobic grades to lift or strengthen below commercial, institutional, or residential slabs.
