Pour Foam
Pour-in-place systems are two-component, closed cell, polyurethane foams specifically designed to fill open voids or insulate articles. Ultra Thane Pour Foams can be hand mixed or machine installed to dispense slow rising and expanding polymer into cavities of all shapes and sizes with minimal fill points. With excellent adhesive properties, our pour foams provide durable and well insulated performance with air-sealing capabilities and high resistance to water absorption. As a forward-thinking company, we also manufacture Ultra-Thane 200 pour foam with low GWP potential hydro-fluoro olefins (HFOs) chemistry.
Ultra-Thane pours foam can be used in a variety of industrial, marine, and military applications. These include repairing boat decks, flotation foam for boats, filling vessel hulls, filling mine shafts and abandoned wells, and poured it into wall spaces or into forms to make insulation panels.
